モバイルバッテリーのご利用に関するお願い

平素より別府温泉 杉乃井ホテルをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
昨今、モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が、国内外で報告されております。
当施設では、すべてのお客さまに安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、
客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご利用につきまして、以下の通りお願い申し上げます。

・外出などで客室を不在にされる際や就寝中は、
モバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えくださいますようお願いいたします。

・モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電や、
客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合には、
窓際など直射日光が当たる場所あるいはベッドやソファなど燃えやすいものの近くでの充電はお控えください。

・充電中は、万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにも
お客さまご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。

・破損や膨張、異常な発熱などが見られるバッテリーは、絶対ご使用にならないようお願いいたします。

また、連泊でご滞在中の客室清掃を行う際に上記の状況が確認された場合には、
安全上の配慮からスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動させていただくことがございます。

Request Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries

Thank you for your continued use of Beppu Onsen Suginoi Hotel.

Recently, there have been reports of smoke and fires caused by
mobile batteries both domestically and internationally.

To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask that you follow the
following guidelines regarding the use of mobile batteries in your guest room.

・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you will be away from your room or while sleeping.

・When charging portable electronic devices from a mobile battery or
using the in-room power outlet, please avoid charging in places exposed to direct sunlight,
such as near a window, or near flammable objects such as a bed or sofa.

・To prevent any potential problems, please always use the battery in a location
where you can monitor its condition.

・Please do not use batteries that appear damaged, swollen, or overheating.

Additionally, if the above conditions are discovered during room cleaning during a consecutive night stay,
staff may move the mobile battery for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
